Harriet Jarvis published by Les Martels - 6 years 5 months 16 days ago. | | Hi Phil,
You really are tenacious and I thank you for it.
I did as you suggested and contacted The Parish of Three Saints who has passed it on to the Churchwarden at St Michael's, South Brent and also their historian, I await their findings. I rather think the register is still with the church and is not yet in the public domain so not available except by looking at the register iteself.
Thank you for your continuing interest and I will let you know as soon as I get a response.
Best wishes
Elizabeth

Harriet Jarvis published by - 6 years 5 months 17 days ago. | | Hi Elizabeth
I'm in Worcestershire but while at a computer I decided to have a look for Harriet's burial & in desperation looked at the Ancestry members trees again & see one has her death as 1873 at South Brent but I cant find any registers for South Brent & this may be with the registers at Brent Knoll church - as you will have guessed by now I don't give up very easily :-).
All the very best

weston bar published by - 6 years 5 months 17 days ago. | | Hi Pat
You must think me a bit slow but I've only just realised that this query was published by you & in the replies I made I thought it was just as if you were someone asking for help from the FHS not one of the best researchers that I've ever met.
I honestly hope that all is going very well for you
All the very best
Phil
ps I'm in Worcestershire for a few weeks if you have any look ups that need doing here within reason

hase/hardidge published by - 6 years 5 months 17 days ago. | | Thanks for your comments. My mother was born in 1905 but all the rest of your notes are as I have it. so I must be related to Mike most likely third cousin ( i get a bit confused about relationships). Can you please tell me the name of Mikes father. It looks like you have a good grip on my side of the family but if there are any gaps i might be able to help you with please let me know

HASE/HARDIDGE published by Pat Hase - 6 years 5 months 18 days ago. | | Good to see your comment. Is this correct? Elsie Sarah Hase HARDIDGE was born in about 1909 in Doncaster, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of John HARDIDGE and Mary BROWN. Her father, John HARDIDGE was born in 1862, the son of John William HARDIDGE and Mary Anne HASE who were married on Christmas Day 1852 in Compton Bishop, Somerset.
Mary Anne HASE was a younger sister of my husband's great grandfather, Henry HASE - which means that you share common ancestors of great great grandparents - William HASE and Rebecca Parfrey MILLARD - making you and Mike (I think) third cousins!
