At the committee meeting last night we discussed various items and volunteers are needed for the following posts:

1. We are considering setting up a Facebook page for the society. We have someone who is willing to set it up for us, but we will need volunteers to act as co-ordinators and adminstrators on the site.
2. It was felt that we could do with more publicity for the society. We are very lucky in that we have a stable membership and a website that offers a lot more than most other societies. All we need is someone who could co-ordinate and publicise that fact.
3. Pam Airey wishes to relinquish the task of tea maker at the end of the year. This is a task that she has done for many years, but would like someone else to take over.
