This link to Jimmy Walker's  Merry Folk is a little shorter  but should get it.  Thanks Dave and thanks to the State Library for Victoria, Australia for the photo!  At least I now know his name was Jimmy WALKER and I have now remembered that Colin Middle wrote about them in his Bucket & Spades articles about Weston through Postcards in 2014.

Many thanks Dave, That was exactly what I wanted to hear that she couldn't be found anywhere else as a Lydia.  Thank you for taking the time to look - that was really helpful

Pat, I think there's a better than even chance that "Lydia" is your lady. I cannot find any other reference to a Lydia SPIRRON born c1825 in Somerset in baptism, marriage,burial or census records.

Id love to find out if there was a birth or death notice in the local paper?

A coronial inquest was held into his death also.

If anyone is going down the local library and could search the Weston Mercury on microfiche that would be brilliant.
